Yes. The cream flavours in a gelateria are made with milk and cream, so they contain lactose. Fruit sorbets usually do not: they are water, sugar and fruit. "Usually" is not "always", though — some places add milk to fruit flavours too, to make them creamier, and the tub does not say so.
